This refreshing Creamy Tilapia Salad is perfect for Spring and Summer meals. It goes well with garden salad, roasted beef, or fried rice. It’s fresh, very creamy, and absolutely delicious!
HOW TO MAKE CREAMY TILAPIA SALAD
Ingredients:
8 oz tilapia fillets1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp mayonnaise4 oz purple onion, diced
Directions:
- Heat up the oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
- Season tilapia with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onions powder.
- Place on a foil pouch and bake for 30 minutes; allow to cool.
- In a medium-sized bowl, coarsely chop or simply crumble up the tilapia fillets.Add mayonnaise, diced onions, lemon juice, parsley, and more salt and pepper to taste if needed. Keep mixture slightly “chunky,” don’t over mix.
- Serve with your salad or favorite dish.
- Store away in your refrigerator.
