Liberally apply your choice of conditioner on your hair, cover with a plastic cap or a heating cap for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with cool water.

4 medium potato
1/2 cup of water
To begin, wash the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.
Blend the potato’s with half cup of water and process until you achieve a puree-like consistency.
Separate the juice from the pulp with a sieve cloth and proceed with the treatment.
In a circular motion, gently massage the juice into your scalp.
Keep it in your hair for 30 minutes then wash your hair as usual. This mask is not only natural, it is amazingly effective as well!
10. Avoid Heat
Using heat tools such as hot irons and hair-dryer can cause damages to the hair and lead to hair loss. Heat can weaken and dry up your hair. Going an extra day without heat can dramatically improve the condition of your hair. Use roller sets, twist outs or air drying that don’t require heat. When drying the hair, you can switch the blow dryer to the cool setting to avoid the hot air.
